Data security
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Access controls are enforced at every level of the platform.
Authentication
Secure user authentication with session management. Role-based access controls ensure each user can only access what they should.
Data access
Applicant data is only visible to authorised users within the relevant tenant workspace. Cross-tenant data access is prevented by design.

Built on proven cloud infrastructure with automated backups and high availability. Data is not shared between tenant workspaces.

Candidate data is yours
All applicant and candidate data belongs to you. HireFlow does not use your candidate data for training, profiling, or any purpose outside your own hiring workflow.
Minimal data collection
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform effectively. We do not sell, share, or trade user or applicant data.
Retention and deletion
You control your data. Candidates, jobs, and applicant records can be archived or deleted at any time.
AI and personal data
When AI features process candidate information, this is done under controlled conditions consistent with the platform's privacy principles. AI does not retain or reuse individual candidate data.
