Getting Started
How long is the free trial?
The default trial period is 2 months. This is configurable from platform settings and may vary by promotion or region. No credit card is required to start.
Do I need to install anything?
No. HireFlow is a fully web-based platform. You can access it from any modern browser on any device, including mobile.
How do I set up my workspace?
After signing up, you create your workspace, invite your team, and start adding clients and job positions. Most teams are running their first live job within a day.
Can I migrate from spreadsheets?
Yes. You can manually upload candidate data or import CVs. For large-scale migrations, contact our team for support.

Can I manage multiple clients?
Yes. HireFlow is multi-tenant and supports multiple client companies within a single workspace, each with separate jobs, applicants, and reporting.
Does HireFlow work for both agencies and employers?
Yes. The platform is designed for both. Agencies use multi-client workspaces and talent pools. Employers use structured hiring pipelines and team collaboration.
What does the applicant portal look like?
Applicants receive an invitation link and access a clean, mobile-friendly portal where they can complete questionnaires, upload documents, and track their application status.
Can I customise the recruitment workflow stages?
HireFlow has a structured set of stages covering the full hiring lifecycle. Contact our team if you need specific workflow customisation beyond the standard stages.
AI Features
Do I need to use AI to use HireFlow?
No. The core platform works fully without AI. AI is an optional accelerator — useful, but never required.
How many AI queries do I get?
The default trial includes 50 AI queries per month. Paid plans include tiered allowances. Top-ups are available.
What does HireFlow's AI actually do?
AI in HireFlow generates CV summaries, candidate fit notes, communication drafts, interview questions, and report narratives. It assists — it does not make hiring decisions.
Is AI safe to use with candidate data?
AI processing is handled under controlled conditions consistent with our privacy principles. We do not use candidate data to train AI models.
Pricing & Plans
How is HireFlow priced?
HireFlow uses region-sensitive pricing. After your 2-month free trial, you move to a paid plan. Contact us or see the pricing page for plan details.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is pricing the same in Nigeria and the UK?
No. Pricing is region-sensitive to make HireFlow accessible across different markets. Contact us for pricing relevant to your region.
Do you offer custom plans for large contracts?
Yes. Enterprise and contract delivery teams can negotiate custom plans with adjusted limits, SLAs, and account management. Contact our sales team.
Security & Data
Who owns my data?
You do. All candidate and employer data in your workspace belongs to you. HireFlow does not use your data for any purpose outside operating your workspace.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Applicant data, pipeline reports, and activity logs can be exported. Contact our team for large export support.
Is applicant data shared between workspaces?
No. Each workspace is strictly isolated. Applicant data is never shared between tenants or client companies.
