1. Civil Engineers (B.Eng.) – Graduate Level

Nigeria
Fresh Graduates

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering
  • Interest in infrastructure design, water resources, roads, or environmental engineering
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D, TDS, WaterCAD, or STAAD (training provided)
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to learn through self-study and technical textbooks
  • Ready to work in a highly academic environment with regular tests

2. Civil Engineers (B.Eng.) – 5 to 10 Years' Experience

Nigeria
5-10 years experience

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in engineering designs and technical reports
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, TDS, WaterCAD, STAAD, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and standards
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
  • In-person staff have an advantage; remote work possible after probation

3. Civil 3D Operators / Technicians

Nigeria
Proficiency-based (no formal qualification required)

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Ability to prepare detailed drawings, models, alignments, and surfaces
  • Understanding of engineering drafting standards
  • Ability to support engineers throughout the design process
  • In-person staff have an advantage; remote work possible after probation
